In a nutshell

We are seeking a Project & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) based in India 🇮🇳️

We focus our search in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra, the priority regions for Plant M’s site and feedstock search.

Your Mission

Secure all required partners and sites for our clean e-methanol production plant (Plant M) in India and grow into the leader of our Indian business.

Outcomes you will achieve

• Signed ≥2 contractual agreements to secure site and feedstock based on defined criteria, techno-economic analysis, and ICODOS management approval for our clean e-methanol production plant (Plant M) in India.
• Enabled start of permitting process for ≥2 locations for our clean e-methanol production plant (Plant M) in India.
• Led in-person meetings with high-level executives on partner side and ICODOS’s management.

1. Driving a project to a decision

   You move an industrial opportunity from first contact to a clear next step: agreement, rejection, or escalation. You do not leave open loops.

2. Managing site dependencies

   You coordinate the site owner, feedstock supplier, water and grid contacts, technical partners, and ICODOS. You know what information or approval is missing and who must provide it.

3. Site-screening judgement

   You can assess whether a site is worth further work based on evidence: feedstock, water, grid connection, land, operating conditions, access, and the willingness of local partners to proceed.

4. Clear follow-through

   You document commitments, dates, risks, and evidence. When something is blocked, you raise it early with a proposed way forward.
